The firm was created to provide exceptional corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic advisory and capital market services across a variety of market sectors, including information technology, healthcare services, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, consumer products, and retail. Prior to 2004, Great Water Capital Partners was doing business as D&S Capital Advisors, LLC.
