Biographies
Robert H. Weisman founded Great Water Capital Partners' predecessor, D&S Capital Advisors LLC, in 2001. A seasoned corporate finance executive, Mr. Weisman has over 20 years experience in investment and merchant banking as a senior banker with Minneapolis-based Dain Bosworth (now RBC Capital Markets), FBS Merchant Bank (now US Bancorp), Columbus-based Banc One Capital and McDonald Investments. His professional accomplishments include heading FBS Merchant Bank's Mergers and Acquisitions Group and founding the Technology Group at McDonald Investments. Mr. Weisman received his B.A. with Honors in Economics from Cornell University, his J.D. from the Harvard Law School and was a Fulbright Scholar. Weisman has served as director of numerous public and private company boards.

W. Davis Griffin recently returned to his native Cincinnati and joins Great Water Capital Partners after an 11 year career as an investment banker in New York City. He was most recently a senior banker with Lehman Brothers Global Healthcare Group, where he advised a wide array of services, product and technology businesses. Previously, he worked for Bear Stearns and Smith Barney. Mr. Griffin received his M.B.A. from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia and his B.A. from Colgate University with Honors in Mathematical Economics.
