Mr. Weisman founded Great Water Capital Partners, LLC in 2001 to provide emerging growth and middle market companies with regional, high quality investment banking advice.

A seasoned corporate finance executive, Mr. Weisman has over 20 years experience in investment and merchant banking as a senior banker with Minneapolis-based Dain Bosworth (now RBC Capital Markets), FBS Merchant Bank (now US Bancorp), Columbus-based Banc One Capital and McDonald Investments. His professional accomplishments include heading FBS Merchant Bank's Mergers and Acquisitions Group and founding the Technology Group at McDonald Investments.

During Mr. Weisman’s career, he has had the opportunity to advise many of the Midwest’s top companies on mergers and acquisitions, private and public offerings of equity and debt, venture capital raises, valuations and fairness opinions. His clients have ranged from Fortune 500 companies to venture capital-backed start ups. Mr. Weisman has served as director on numerous public and private company boards.

Mr. Weisman received his B.A. with Honors in Economics from Cornell University, his J.D. from the Harvard Law School and was a Fulbright Scholar at the University of Melbourne in Australia.

Mr. Weisman, his wife and family have made Cincinnati their home.
